Labor Costs

• Workshops: Our Founder and CEO can continue to run workshops and creative sessions. Her expertise ensures that every participant feels supported in their journaling journey.

• Administrative Support: To keep the wheels turning, we need help with managing sign-ups, event planning, and communications. This ensures that everything runs smoothly, and all members stay informed.

• Community Managers & Moderators: For our virtual groups, moderators are essential to creating and maintaining a safe, inclusive environment for participants to share and grow.

• Event Coordination & Technical Support: Our special events—whether in-person or virtual—require skilled event planners, technical support, and logistical coordination. Donations ensure these events are accessible to all.

Supply Costs

• Journals & Writing Materials: Many of our members rely on the journals, pens, and other writing supplies we provide. Donations allow us to offer these materials to individuals at no cost or at a reduced rate.

• Venue Rental: For our in-person events and workshops, we rent spaces that are conducive to creativity and connection. Your contributions help us pay for these spaces and ensure accessibility for everyone.

• Event Supplies & Refreshments: We believe in creating a welcoming environment for every participant. Your donations cover the cost of refreshments, event supplies, and other materials that help enhance the experience.

• Shipping & Printing Costs: We regularly send out journals, workshop materials, and thank-you packages. Donations help cover the printing and shipping costs of these essential resources.

• $25 allows us to provide journals and writing supplies for individuals in need

• $50 helps cover the costs of one workshop, ensuring professional facilitation and materials

• $100 supports one month of venue rental for an in-person event

• $200 covers a month of operational costs, from administrative work to technical support

We’ve made donating simple! Whether you can give $5 or $500, every contribution helps us sustain and grow this nonprofit organization.
